What is Ribbon Run?

Ribbon Run is a sponsored event that takes place during Baby Loss Awareness Week (9-15 October). Ribbon Run Manchester will  have 3 distances you can choose from:

• 10km
• 5km
• 1km Fun Run that the whole family can take part in and is free is you are already signed up to the main distances. 

This is a fully chip timed event with an incredible route around Heaton Park. Starting in the Ribbon Run Event Village you'll line up at the start line surrounded by others all impacted by pregnancy and baby loss. All wanting to raise awareness and save babies' lives. Once you've crossed the line you'll run a bespoke route to Sands and be cheered on by our cheer squad along the way. Once you've completed the 5km loop, you'll either turn under the finish line arch and collect your medal, or you'll take on a second loop and complete the 10km event.
